Here a few pictures from February. Sam learned to ride his bike and Ben is now in "Big boy" bed. Thomas actually had a birthday this year...he is officially "9".

OK, so I'm a little late in posting. I'll put Christmas and Sam's birthday together to get caught up. We all had a really great Christmas and Santa brought way too many toys!!!! This year was the first year that both of the boys really were able to enjoy the holidays and that made it all the better. Of course we are so guilty of getting caught up in the chaos of the holidays and don't stop long enough to really appreciate what it is all about. "Thank you God for sending us Jesus for without him life would be meaningless" . And those of you who attended Sam's Birthday party know the story, it was very interesting, but turned out good despite the circumstances. Thank you to all of our friends and family for coming and for his gifts.

Congratulations Ben on turning "2"!!! His birthday was on Thanksgiving Day and we celebrated all day. The past two years have really flown by and as I look back I can't believe how fast it gets away. He is talking really well (for his age anyway)and is a very rambunctious little man. He and Sam are close and he loves to do whatever his big brother is doing. The first thing he asks when he gets up in the morning is "Where's Sam?" I can't wait to see what the next year holds, it seems they grow from baby to little boy between two and three. (Sad!)
I hope everybody is enjoying the holidays!!

Hi Beverly!!!! I know you have been waiting for me. We went camping the weekend before Halloween and had a great time. We took a hike in Cades Cove and played in the Little River. Sam has fully recovered from his surgery and has started to put on some weight. Ben turned "2" on Thanksgiving and I will post those pictures in the next couple of days. I hope all of you are getting in the Christmas spirit, it is truly the best holiday. We are all decorated here at the Coleman House!!

Hi Everyone! We had a great time at the beach, I know I'm really late in posting about our trip. The boys loved the ocean and the sand, Sam cried when we told him we had to come home. We have settled back in and got over our post vacation blues; Does everybody get this or is it just us? Not that I'm complaining, there is nowhere prettier than East Tennessee in the Fall. There's truly no place like home!

Hi Friends!! Welcome to our blog. I am really excited about having our own website to share pictures and updates with you. This summer has flown by and my boys are growing too fast. We have had a great summer just hanging out here in K-town. Oh yeah, except for the 1 camping trip we took in our new (well new to us) camper. We had a great time although camping with a 20 month old brings on a whole new meaning to "roughing it". However, we were all 4 together, good and bad, in a pretty confined space and yet we are ready to go again. Camping really does bring you together as a family. Anyway, we will be leaving for the beach next Saturday so I will have some beach pictures for you soon. Until then, hope everyone has a great Labor Day weekend!
